chartpolski 24,476
They'll be anything you want them to be ; just depends what you want them to do and how much work you are prepared to put into them, and what your expectations are !! Cheers. Edited July 6, 2011 by chartpolski 1 Quote Link to post

Ideation 8,216
Pups are going to be 3/4 grey 1/4 collie, bred from a 1st x collie grey put back to a racing hound. . . . . . . That's a pretty standard/traditional breeding for a hunting lurcher mate, i wouldn't worry. Quote Link to post
BORDERSCOT 3,816
Thanks guys just ive been put off because some of the boys i spoke to sid they are only good for 100 yards not a lamping dog. So, you've been put off 3/4 bred collie greyhound 'cause some of the "boys" you spoke to said they're only good for 100 yards and are no good at lamping!!!!! Hey mate if that's the kinda folk your gonna listen to and take advice from get on with it and good luck. Can't imagine any genuine/knowledgeable members on here will feed you the same line. What they are telling you is total shite mate. Quote Link to post

You should talk to some different boys; maybe boys that actualy have a clue !! LOL !! Or else maybe think of getting into a different hobby. Anyhow, you're doing the right thing asking questions, rather than just jumping in and buying a pup ! Good luck. Cheers. Quote Link to post
