irishpigeonshooters 0
Hey folks, i was just wondering if anyone could help me out, i gutted and skinned a rabbit yesterday and left it in salt water over night (which i heard you were supposed to do) and when i was taking the backstraps off it i noticed a number of blood spots on the meat that i havent seen before, they seemed to go into the meat instead of being on the surface of it. Is this normal or is it some sort of disease, the eyes and liver of the rabbit were fine. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
