mudd dog 128
i'm just wondering what the general view is on here of lads that have tried MILBEMAX. i bought some of my local vet a while back, i got the brown dog chew type version. i've since been informed it also comes in a tablet form!! i wormed my dogs with it and it states that one tablet does up to 25kg which is enough to actually do two terriers. tbh i wasn't very impressed with it. so much so that i ended up a week later buying drontal and reworming the dogs again. my mate swears by milbemax, but when we were talking one day he was suprised to hear that mine was in a brown dog chew form and me likewise when he said he had the tablet form. anyway i wormed my pups with the smaller chew type milbemax that i also got of the vets and it seems to have done the trick????? i would like to hear other peoples views on it though, just to put my mind at rest............. ..... ...................CHEERS..........MUDD........... Attack Fell Terrier 864
I use Milbemax and I've never had problems with it, it's always worked well when it has been needed, so yes I think it's a decent wormer I worm and flea my dogs every two months.

Hannah4181 260
I've used Milbemax for years with no ill effect. They do as you say either the chewable or normal white tablet, i get given a mixture and have never noticed a difference in the 2 forms. I like that they are easy in terms of dosage, 5kg-25kgs or up to 5kg. I always give dogs in the 30kg bracket 2 big ones, and again i've never seen ill effects or worms. Worry not its a good product. ulverston moocher 60
same as outhers have said realy I use milbamax tablet form on my terriers and when I had my lurchers with spot on results and I prefer it to drontal on pups I have allways used panacure paste but read a thread the outher day on here about it not working properly and pups dying from not being properly wormed so if I ever have anouther pup I thinkl I will be looking at different options.
