Irish Lurcher 1,013
Lads here is the reply I go from Lightfroce re the fault with the connectors. Greetings John. Thank you for your email, we always welcome feedback especially when there is a performance issue with our products. Our products are designed for users by users to be USED! I apologise for my delay in response to your email, I have been trying to get some data collated to correct this problem, so far it is proving challenging! From what I can find so far, there have been a number of failures within the handle assembly, it seems to be the crimp connectors, yes? We did have a specific batch of connectors which proved quite embarrassing as the quality was deceptively poor, these have been rectified. If you have any idea on purchase dates of the units affected that would be helpful. Please be assured, we do not like failures any more than you guys do!! If I can be of further assistance please feel free to contact me anytime. I will be in touch with more information as it comes around.
