stewie 3,387
well nipped up my mates to watch it and i think it was a good fight haye may have lost and been "outboxed" BUT he defo landed the sweetest and best punches imo klitsckhos face looked worse at the end and that right haye landed in the 12th was the only time either looked seriously hurt, if he followed it with a better left he could of dropped him also agree with haye going down to often tho but full credit to him in general theres not many can say they went through the ropes in any ring never mind a world heavyweight title fight

gnasher16 30,121
No surprises at all really.Ive been saying for a while now that sooner or later Haye will pay the price for not going with a proper boxing trainer....Adam Booth is basically a fitness coach with no boxing experience whatsoever. There was always going to come a time in a fight when Haye needed to change tactics and be able to dig deep in a tactical battle.....tonight was that time and he had no answer, just kept doing the same things that were not working. From the off Haye couldnt get round the jab and was having to reach in with his punches....Klitchsko had a pretty easy nights work. Then as if that wasnt enough Haye committed the biggest sin of all......blaming losing a world heavyweight title fight on having a bad pinky toe .....that really was an insult to the many fighters who have fought through injury to win....and if he thinks anyones going to believe he injured it 3 weeks before the fight ....my bet is he injured it during the fight and used it as a convenient excuse....anyone sitting watching that who has ever boxed at any level i guarentee was sitting cringeing with embarrassment when those words were coming from his mouth, you just dont do that after losing a fight. undisputed 1,664
[ Tyson was on a downward spiral by the time he fought Lewis What and Lewis wasnt....Lewis was 38 had 1 more fight then retired. [/ Maybe so but Lewis was in a Better place mentally and physically most heavyweights would have fancied themselves against Tyson at that stage.
