ches as u know my deerhound had the same toe off, she never ran as good , but still does her bit they learn to adapte, 1 thing they do need a bit more time to rest jesses bone on the foot swells after a nite on the lamp or a days graft , but ready again in a few days :) but im happy with the way my bitch works :D

 

they only take the bone back past the break it does cause athritis

if can run how jes does minus a toe i aint got much to worry about ;)

i know all about toe amputation believe me ;) ... but waht the lad said was that the TOE had been amputed not a segment ........
