shepp 2,285
more whippet than beddy ?? Yes I would, or just a whippet. Quote Link to post
bantheban 0
Totally agree shepp more whippet or even pure whippet the beddy cross seams to gain more alert ness and brain then a pure breed but not knocking a pure whippet as they are good dogs just a bit solky for me I love the beddy cross they are mustard Quote Link to post
chrisjohn 1
ahh right thanks. what about collie/whippet/greyhounds Quote Link to post

chrisjohn 1
hows the collie bull grey for you matee ?? Quote Link to post
bantheban 0
I do like him a lot but he's gunna be a challage as all bulls are if your after an easy Lurcher I would steer clear from anything with bull in but if u like s challage and top rewards go for one put the work in and u won't get a better cross thats only personell as everyone has different opinions this is my 3 rd collie bull cross so does say some thing for the breed but I have also got a wheaten/beddy/whippet that I wouldn't part with for million pound. leeroy 29
What sort of ground are you going to be hunting ,is it hard going on feet?. will it be fast short runs from bramble to bramble. Just a few things to think about as they say horses for courses. Will it have to be tough enough to stand very low temp while standing around some time waiting for a bolt worth thinking about.
