Simoman 110
Why would you use a breed that isn't guaranteed to give consistent results? Wouldn't even a second rate thingy dog give better results than the best of the EBT's out there? Would it be for looks? To have something different to every other bull x type? Can't see why anyone would go to the trouble of breeding and raising a litter based on a breed of dog that come a very poor 2nd to the other type of bull, seems a waste of time? I totally agree Aaron, just curious if there were any other EBT lurchers out there Quote Link to post

neilsherlock 226
this is a planned breeding of my brother and mine. if you like all well and good, if you dont, all well and good. The bully has more drive than we could have ever expected. both dogs are 22" and are very capable animals with loads of prey drive. they are quite well suited physically, long backs and loads of stamina. We hope they will be above average in the field. This is not an advert as this wont be for a couple of years when the bitch has fully proven capable, but at the mo all good. In my opinion the dog has nothing to prove now Edited July 1, 2011 by neilsherlock 3 Quote Link to post

hullhunter 219
There was a female member on here that bred a 1/2X litter. They must be over a year old by now? I'll do a search see if I can find the thread. think it was kayteetess!! Yeah it was, I got the topic back to the top of the Lurcher Section and asked for an update but no luck so far. i pm'd him and he said they all made good drawing dogs. i asked him if he had any pics but got no reply Quote Link to post

Thunderrock has added the other bull to get the ebt type you are holding in your hands does that not say to you what type has more to bring to the table. Quote Link to post

I love the fella, hes my brothers dog and in truth im jealous as feck!!!! yes mate i have a bull just now,hes a bit showy but hes keen and we keep him as light as possible.just could not break him to mutton. when hes gone i will be going to the thunderrock stock.he seems to be going down the correct route i contemplated putting my bully to a half cross game bred bull grey, wait a year and go back sire to daughter, but in all honesty ive not got the time or space as its long ear dogs i keep.so it will be easier to just go thunderrock when the time comes  Edited July 1, 2011 by bendrover Quote Link to post
hogdog 61
This is the same dog i seen on the beddy forum and you was asked on there why on earth would you breed a man biter. That was someone who's never even seen the dog but seems to have a grudge against me and my brother...Never did work out why. He's my dog and is 100% trustworthy, wouldn't even think about biting someone and if he did I'd have him put down. Edited July 1, 2011 by hogdog Quote Link to post
neilsherlock 226
bushwalker thats correct he was on the beddy forum. Hes been called a man biter by strange people who have never met him. Quite understanderbly you can see that i cannot entertain this rubbish. i am not a prat and would not breed this animal if he were of this type. I know what he is and what he brings to the table and therefore will be using him. cheers Quote Link to post
