HUNTER91 1 Posted June 27, 2011 Report Share Posted June 27, 2011 Alot of the time when i come on the forum there is always a thread for a bargain air rifle from each selective catergory ( PCP, Spring etc ) so i thought id make this thread because alot of people suggest alot of different names, but which one overall out of all catergories is the best bargain for money ? If you seach hard there are bargains to be had on these guns, I speak from experience lol! both good guns there is always bargins out there, just got to look hard enough and know your stuff, just picked up a rapid 12 mk1 fac rated with divers bottle with 2 years of test left for £300 and its got a crap scope and mod 1 Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701 Posted June 27, 2011 Report Share Posted June 27, 2011 Thats it, my Super is a mark 3 on a mark 2 stock as the first owner cracked the lip round the air bottle, the next owner swapped it for a mark 2 stock that was intact, makes it easily identifiable though, brought the price down nicely... clubshot 22 Posted June 28, 2011 Report Share Posted June 28, 2011 A Bargin is not Only best Price but having a Good working Gun There are several low priced Air Gun's on today's Market place that doubt would Stand up to regular use And are known not to have good back up Services Looking for a New Air Gun or returing to Shooting Check out your Local Air Gun Club and see what is about and being used By others and why they chose the Gun @ Lea Valley - We have Well over a 100 Shooters through the Ranges most club Day's Saturday's We have Members and Visitors with Deep and Shallow Pockets We often get New Shooters come in with CO2 Powered Gun's only to find in UK that weather effects number of shots per bulb Plus the Club has Air bottles - where We will fill Shooters Gun's while @ Club Covered out of Green Fees Over the years Shooters have gone through most makes and Models Epecially as We hold large National Fifle competitions @ the Club But current most used PC is variations of the HW100 - Seems to have outlasted most other makes and Models We also have a growing number of Brocock AimX Rifles For price they do seem to offer good value these days BOB/R Quote Link to post
