rob190364 2,594
I'm sure you've done this already but have a proper good look round and ask neighbours if you can look in their gardens. They don't normally wander far, two of mine got out once and one stayed on the drive and the other went to sleep in the next door neighbours washing basket that she'd left outside ready to hang the washing out, she thought it was well funny.....not! Are you sure you definitely left it open? definitely not been nicked? Quote Link to post

Let me know if you dont find it i've got a some polecat kits at the moment and you can have one Ian a hob of mine escaped several months ago(the catch was loose,i think he rattled it open?)i put up posters, rang the local rspca/vets/rescues and went on lost and found sites, left a box out with food inside,he was found up the road safe and sound, they found me through a poster on a lamp post.a few weeks after i didn't close the hutch up properly and he got out again this time i didn't get him back so yes i did do it twice and i learned a harsh lesson... good luck with your search... dave1600d 35
hope you find the ferret mate,,mine come to me if i squeek a toy they have in their court,,,,,maybe try that around your area,,,dont worry bout what people think,,if it gets the ferret back ,its worth it,,,thought id lost one of my jills today,,,,had the 2 fans going in their house to keep it cool but it musta been so hot she was sound asleep even after squeeking the toy,,,she didnt come out...so i panicked,,threw all the bedding out ,,opened the top lid to the other bedding area,,eventually after i felt my heart sink,,the little cow came outta one of the tubes,,,,much to my relief,,,ATB,,DAVE Quote Link to post
