marko 30
as you all know i lost my border terrier just before new year, she was insured with dbi insurance wich is alliance cornhill ,the policy stated that i would be paid the amount for a replacement dog if she died however when i tried to claim for her i was told illness was not covered and they wouldnt pay out for her ,yet the vet got his fees, the moral of the story read all the print and dont get insured with anything to do with dbi insurance. highlander 0
I had the same thing happen to me a few years ago my jack russel got killed on the road and they said that wasnt covered. I had four dogs insured with the company so I just left the company cant remember the name of them but just a con, bunch of crooks . Quote Link to post
marko 30
makes you wonder if its worth insuring the dog when at the end of the day they just rifle you, very hard though if you have a running dog and something serious happens to it then its costly better of asking the questions before you take out a policy with these thieves sorry i meant insurers.
