i think where certain things are should not be put on a forum , yes foriegn species here , but no need for exact location , just my opinion.

where can i find a Red-necked wallaby that would be a perfect start for the pup. :whistling:

so far on the exotic species list ive eaten crocodile, baracuda ,kangaroo and ostrich and also american crayfish

 

the only one of those i wouldnt be keen on having again is kangaroo.... tasted like i was eating a giant rat.... or rather what i would imagine rat would taste like :sick:

 

one on the list that hasnt been mentioned as an edible is scorpion.... its on my must try list as a chocolate scorpion

seen them on tv like stirfried or on a bbq...id try them ..rather them than something squishy :hmm: ul have to let u know when u get to try it ..

my dad was in the army out in africa in the 60's one day he was at a barbeque in a local village with a few of the lads drinking beer, they were invited to eat with a few of the locals at the barbeque... but they wouldnt tell them what it was on the barbeque, the lads tucked in anyway to these tasty little morsels that tasted like prawns, a few beers later they found out they were locusts :laugh:

do any of you guys round dustable know if those capabara are out in the wild,,, as i was at that zoo last week and they wander round in there like the wallabys, so im shure they must be out local area as wel

I haven't heard of any round there and certainly haven't seen them (outside of the zoo)

 

But it wouldn't suprise me if there where some wild.
