mangy1983 51
A mate of mine sent me this link and l will agree that it would be possible with one shot but is it possible for the pistol to cycle as fas as .2 of a second? cheers Callum http://www.break.com/index/the-fastest-shooter-in-the-world-2075067 Quote Link to post

matt_hooks 188
He actually claims .02 of a second. Is it possible? Probably. Can he hit anything at that speed? Unlikely. What he's doing there is VERY close range, using targets that don't show the strike. Balloons look impressive but are actually very easily popped by the hot gasses from the blanks he uses. All the above said, he's f#####g quick, and at close range, even if he slowed himself down considerably, you'd have an extra orifice before you knew what had hit you! Quote Link to post

Terryorr 27
A load of balls. My good friend and gentleman told me off a time he was at an army range in Northern Ireland ( I shot on it many times ) off a time he was there and an American Navy Seal was showing off and demonstrating his shooting skills and was actually very good until he came out with the statement that One time he set up 10 targets at 1000 mtrs away and took 10 shots, 1 at each target, with a 308 rifle, and he placed each target on top of each other and there was 1 hole through all the targets. It could only happen in AMERIKAY Quote Link to post

danw 1,748
Is it possible I should think jerry miculek managed shots on target in 0.57 of a sec and Ed mcgirven did it in 0.45 of a sec so to do 1 shot on target in .2 shouldn't be a problem. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerry_Miculek Note both jerry and ed used live rounds at paper not blanks at balloons Quote Link to post
JonathanL 4
A mate of mine sent me this link and l will agree that it would be possible with one shot but is it possible for the pistol to cycle as fas as .2 of a second? cheers Callum http://www.break.com/index/the-fastest-shooter-in-the-world-2075067 If you look closely at the slowed down footage you can see that there are two shots. He does it by using his thumb and a finger, I think. The thumb cocks the hammer the first time and the middle finger gets it again for the second shot which is why he can do it with only one pass of his hand which makes it very, very fast. Also, the gun is not standard as all the internal parts are very highly polished to reduce any friction to almost zero and the springs are changed for much lighter ones so the effort put into operating the gun is far less. Still, very, very impressive though! J. Quote Link to post
