carlosmingos 0 Posted November 1, 2011 Report Share Posted November 1, 2011 Would be nice to hear the opinions of employers with regards to the worthiness of certain courses and the value they place on the qualifications. For example, shall I attend college for a year to do a NC in Gamekeeping and Wildlife Management, or is that pointless as all employers seek nothing less than a degree? Would it be more worthwhile giving up my job for a year and working as a full time volunteer on an estate to get a years experience? And then run the risk of getting lynched by other keepers for keeping wages low!! ;-) Quote Link to post

00taz11 39 Posted March 15, 2012 Report Share Posted March 15, 2012 I went to Borders college to do nc gamekeeping and I must say it was probably the best year of my life and am now planning to go back and do my second year if possible after I've finished my apprenticeship in joinery all the lecturers were sound and the campus was great would highly recommend this course Quote Link to post
