Casso 1,261 Posted June 22, 2011 Report Share Posted June 22, 2011 i can remember reading a post on booth boxers and boxers from the past i think a member, on thehuntinglife was on about the turpin brothers an storys he had about them who was ur favourites and have u any storys to tell would like to hear some also has anyone got any info of boxing record or info from world war two like the naivy record who wear the boxer from that time, heard a tale before bout Ageless Archie Moore, himself and the missus were over on holidays in Panama when the canal was been built, Archie whipped out the camera to take a few snaps of the site, when one of the foremen decided he wasn't having it and wanted the camera off what he thought was this old black guy and an easy touch to boot, Archie told him he'd give him the film but he wasn't handing over his camera, with that the foreman a young 30 year old lad snatched the camera off Archie 65 at the time as the story goes, Archie in return hit him with a combination of shots, picked up the camera off a now sleeping foreman and f**ked off as quick as he could, mind you he was probably not long retired at the time, Quote Link to post Share on other sites
