moonlighter 1,164
hi gnash a little while back you were up at braehead i think you were supporting a friends son who was boxing and you saw ricky burns so what do you reckon on his next fight with nicky cook. A lad from near me was on that bill. Callum Johnson, I think he has got a bright future.

gnasher16 30,280
hi gnash a little while back you were up at braehead i think you were supporting a friends son who was boxing and you saw ricky burns so what do you reckon on his next fight with nicky cook. How you doing mate, yes its a fight i dont think Cook should have taken,he had a long lay off and then just 1 quick easy win.....i cant see him getting away with that going into a fighter with the class of Burns....and Burns has the momentum at the moment he,s improving with every fight.....Nicky Cooks a local lad and a good fighter so id like to see him do well but i think his best days are behind him id be surprised if Burns doesnt stop him to be honest. Thats right its all about timing....its often a very close line between being at your peak and being just passed it,sadly i think Arthur/Cook have just passed theirs....if Burns wins this he dont need to be looking back he can go onto bigger things.....Still id like to see Nicky Cook pull something out the bag though
