Ripstop 89
Now then, I think im on the right thing here, a mate showed me his new bit of kit, a set up either the same as, or similar to the p7. My quetion is, Would this be effective for running a lurcher on. I never saw it on in the dark. So cant comment, cause if this could be used for lurchers, then its a Lampers dream. Quote Link to post
dawntreader 0
Got one. Not powerfully enough for lamping mate. Good for close to mid range shooting though Quote Link to post
Guest vin
Tiablo A9 with aspheric lens or mag with asheric upgrade and a Cree Led upgrade...spot on for gun..beam is a bit too tight for lamping with dog. Quote Link to post

I bought one last year and have ran dogs on it and apart from being a bit bright spot on kit in my opinion but I remember lamping with car headlamps n motorbike batterys before all modern kits came out Quote Link to post
wuyang 513
Ive got M14, takes 4 AA batteries. Very good beam, spot to flood. Ok in medium sized fields. Expensive though. I know some lads on here have a cheap alternative off ebay which sounds good. Some like them others don't. The beam is excellent, but not as good as a good lamp, still good enough depending on your expectations. Hve a look on youtube..some good demonstrations. Quote Link to post
