pigeon poo 3
What is it about the Daystsate that you think is better ? the build quality and finish of the daystate look better also like the idea of the electrics,as they say dont knock it till you've tryed it Quote Link to post
Buster321c 1,010
OK it seems you`ve had a few `Issues` withj your R10 , as i see you`ve tried to sell it and offer it for swap . You say built quality , and finish , ok but what about fit ? Why is it exactly that you hav`nt got on with the R10 ? Only if you look closley , you might find the reasons you are`nt getting on with it , and till help your next choise . Edited June 18, 2011 by Buster321c Quote Link to post
pianoman 3,587
What happens when the electronics in the trigger pack up? In a rifle no more accurate than my HW77 spring rifle? I would want to know about how reliably long-lived and well made are the electronic components in the trigger. If the performance-life of the rifle is determined by the life of electronic circuit boards in it's trigger, I'd look at another rifle. I'm getting expensive gimmick with limited life-span here Quote Link to post
Ron Weasley 83
There's a fully mechanical Daystate either just released or about to be released. I can't remember the name, maybe Wolverine? Either way, it looks absolutely incredible. Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
The Huntsman Classics are not electronic! I know, Mary has one! I have the wonderful X2. Once again not electronic. I have noticed online that Crosman are trying to patent an electronic trigger and air release, wonder how they are going to do that when Daystate have been doing it for years. There are some semi failsafes built into the electronics that mean during a failure of some of the systems the gun will still fire. However if you have a dead battery then I believe you have a useless gun! So something to remember if buying it, keep it charged! Edited June 19, 2011 by secretagentmole Quote Link to post

wedge2409 98
i've had my mk4 for two years now and had no problems.lovely rifle to shoot and very accurate.the electrics are brilliant . i would check it on a chrono as mine was only 10.5f/lb.and don't go for a daystate silencer go for a twink,i've had the mk4 and 5 and both caused pellet clip.
