HUNTER91 1
I have always been into air rifles long even before i knew much about hunting. I used to have a BSA Lightning and it used to do the job i required of killing rabbits quite easy. I lost all interest in guns and sold my BSA some time ago, i now have a SMK-XS78 which as most of you know is ran by two 12g Co2 capsules. Its a very reasonable gun for the price i payed and recieved some decent scopes with the gun for just £60, i think the scopes are tasco 3-9 x 40. The SMK does the job of killing the rabbits and is a decent gun overall, but myself and everybody else know that these guns are just for value. A friend of mine has an Air Arms S410 i think it is or something along those lines, and i love it, but the prices online are massive, anybody know of a good quality gun in the to the range of up to £150 ? thanks HUNTER91 Quote Link to post

SteveieP 0
The way Pellpax works is that the delivery is part of the face to face bit of the transaction. The purchaser has to physically accept delivery of the gun & signs the paperwork on the doorstep as it were. I assume the delivery person is employed by or is otherwise the agent of Pellpax & not merely a courier. So, whilst the gun might be delivered to your door, there's a bit more to it in term of the legalities for compliance with the VCR Act. I always thought they were a bit on the pricey side however. jackinbox99 41
Air Arms s410`s represent incredible value for money. It may seem expensive, but what you have to factor in is that the gun holds its value. I bought one 2 or 3 years back, and looking online, the gun is still worth virtually the same as what I paid for it! Not many other guns you can say that about. Really all depends on what sort of gun you want. If you want PCP, then the s410 would be a good purchase. Ive seen them for 350->450quid for sale. Sub 150 and your looking a springer. Plenty out there, and very accurate, but not everyone likes springers. Quote Link to post
