An there you go again, Rambo, traveller where the greyhoundy type. Is that because they wasn't yours? That's EXACTLY what am gettin at every one else's minshaws are just not quite right but yours which are CLEARLY half collies an GREYHOUNDS are full minshaws. O look another picture to keep the fans happy..

 

You know Jacks half greyhound an you know Cora has had more than a litter of pups. But you still won't accept it.

 

As I've said before, aslongs your happy then who cares, Tomo must have done some standing round that night if his dog needs 10 minutes after a run.. (his own words).

 

An you still not explained why you put a top lamper to a pure collie?? Nevermimd bit it's one of the strangest things ive ever read..

 

Anyway it's been interesting once again, I've got your number I'll be in touch to sort this night with Shaun later in the year...

i can remember jim offering the land in norfolk meybee it got deleted with all the arguing it would take about 5 hours for you guys to get there as it 4 hours from mine to yours

Toby,this isn't intended to cause argument i'm just a little baffled with all this January "best hare" craic? I live on the Border's of Scotland so obviously some 300 miles North of the Fens where all this "ultimate" of hare coursing USED to take place now i've caught my share of hares and found that in early January the majority of hares are in young up here and with it being even warmer down South surely they must be too carring young and it's inevitable you'll be running pregnant does? cant see a problem with lamping rabbits in sept,,,, most guys start ferreting and lamping sept,,, shure you will get a few 3/4 grown and some might be a bit dumb,,, but were not talking matching a hare on the fens

JIM B TOOK 130 RABBITS HOME IN 2 LAMPING SESSONS HIS DOGS DIDNT RUN MUCH WISPA AND KAT DID WELL LADY WAS USED FOR FOX TOMO AS WE SEEN THEM AS WELL,WITH GUN

AND AS TO KAT I DONT KNOW NOW HOW OLD SHE IS BUT SHES AS GOOD NOW AS SHE WAS AT 2 LOL

AND 4 HRS JUST GOOGLED IT 7 HRS

I've explained how and why Bulpa came about a hundred times via these forums..the dog i have now Don bred similar

(lurcher x collie)was planned over a 3 year period and that was because the right type of Collie had to be found first and because i feel he'll make a good baseline for breeding if and when i need to do so..so does that clear that one up for you as you make it sound as though "i have to explain all and sundry to you" lol? As for Cora having two litters then in all honesty i did not know but i will find out because i'll pop in and see the lad who had her,he dropped in at mine just a fortnight ago..anyhow like i said whoever is running tales from the Whitehaven area i'd take it for the most as a pinch of salt,i've a fair idea who it is and if i'm right in my thinking i've caught more in a night then they've caught in their puff lol..they just like to talk and gossip like an old woman .ATB Andy.

 

Anyway,i've had my dogs out 3 times today and gonna get them fed now and knock this darn thing off,gonna spend the weekend with my other half..play good and see you all next week lol

ive been told you caught 120 rabbits in 3 nights between 4 dogs with ooty, which to me is 40 on average each night so divide that its 10 rabbits per dog on average... nothing spectacular really is it??? but still ok, i will admit running by the motor for 30 mile per night is impressive as that is what he said but not sure if any one dog ran all of it?
