mudd dog 128
mudd dog let me know how you get on with those terrier boxes.interested myself in buying one.. just made myself a ali.. checker one..but like the look of the plastic.. jakaron... not a problem!!! i'd just like to ask......does anyone have any knowledge of what these boxs are like in the warm weather???? i've a few terriers and its not practical to walk them all together around the neighbourhood. so i usually would drive down the road a few mile and let some of them out for a run, throw them in2 the boxs and then let the rest out. before i buy i'd like an opinion of someone that owns or has owned this type. they look the job YES. BUT i get the impression that they would sweat the bag clean off a dog on a warm day. maybe wrong Quote Link to post

gonetoearth 5,144
they are showing the boxes a the conwy valley hound and terrier show on the 10th of july i called in to their workshop today as i was interested in a treble for the qaud bike i was more than impressed , the build is qaulity the heavy duty plastic is tuff and the hinges are strong i was a bit concerned about the terriers getting wet the being put in the boxers but they are adding vents at the back allso smaller holes to the doors on the front to prevent weather while in transit on the qaud think the old wooden boxes will be a thing of the past ,,these boxes will last a life time the price is resonable and you can have them built to you own spec , i could not beleave how light they were , there at scone palace this weekend lads take a look , Quote Link to post
