what a load of rubbish for a start you cant say coursing dogs cant do the job properly as what are you classing as coursing dogs , as lurchers with coursing blood are made up with all different breedi

in all honesty i think the best place for arab dogs and there owners for that matter is back in there homelands where they belong

had a pure grey that took em if that can be classed as coursing dog

what a load of rubbish for a start you cant say coursing dogs cant do the job properly as what are you classing as coursing dogs , as lurchers with coursing blood are made up with all different breeding and percentages, so for example i have a lurcher with 50% coursing blood , do you class this as a coursing dog !

, coursing salukis, greyhounds, whips are all in the make up of dogs doing the job on foxes, regularly or not.

a three quater coursing grey and quater bull or beddy will do the job more than likely , and most of there make up is coursing blood , so why cant dogs that catch hares not do it . very narrow minded to think they cant . i bet there is coursing dogs who can do it very efficient but that doesnt mean there being bred for that job , but using there blood can make good dogs for foxes, just adding the final ingredients. coursing dogs are bred for just that , chasing hares. they arent fox dogs , but you will get some who do it well, i just dont understand why people are so narrow minded :big_boss:

you saying its a load of rubbish trhen saying exactly what ive already said you fukcing penis :blink:they`d probably do a few like ive all ready said an as for bedlingtons blood more a them ad jack than the worst bred bull x cause they have got some shite bred in em these days an dont tell me steve all talks breeding the best cause most of is stuff is rabbiting shite owt with a bit a grey or whippet in em is as good as owt he can breed read what have said in future before you make a silly reply reitterating what ive all ready said ok egit

no not a few on the odd ocation i bet there are coursing dogs who do it very well regularly, why cant they. try and learn some manners before you reply

they cant because there not bred to do it theyd let more go than take serious punishment that goes hand in hand when using dogs to control foxs if they could do it more people would be using them cause theyd probably catch more than the average bullcross but the fact remains most true coursing dogs dont like hard biting quarry ` sorry about the manners ile try an catch a few off here cheers

From my experiences, in any breed you can't rule out them for a job as there are always gonna be the odd exceptions like big bull cross catching hare, coursing dogs catching and dispatching fox, bedlington whippets taking fallow stag against all odds these occurre in all breeds but we gotta remember hourses for courses and all that . Sp if you specialise in just one area of hunting you buy the breed suited to this area. Don't wanna upset people but if your only into foxes you don't go and buy a fen dog really do you, but to say a breed can't do something out right ain't been in the game long enough
