HAMMERDAN 25 Posted June 12, 2011 Report Share Posted June 12, 2011 Bought a quick release slip lead the other day, not the pull ring type and tested it yesterday.. and it keep's slipping itself, the hoop that goes on to the arm keeps pulling through the arm, any idea on how to bodge it so to speak to stop this happening, any help appreciated, ATB Dan Quote Link to post

Rabbiting man 1,192 Posted June 12, 2011 Report Share Posted June 12, 2011 I.ve never used a lead or quick release when lamping all day work I put 100% of training in my dogs when im lamping I use wait & heel then sent the dog when i.ve seen a rabbit it works out for me Quote Link to post

philkemp 50 Posted June 12, 2011 Report Share Posted June 12, 2011 There not the best to be honest we u pal i use 1 nw and u have to keep your finger over it all the time to stop it frm releasing, and ive used plenty of them havent found a decent 1 of that type yet, best of jst doublin lead up thru dogs coller if u dont mind runnig em we a coller on, which i dont like doin Quote Link to post
