barrywhite 282
To use a night vision monocula on a scope I feel the scope has to be set forward on the gun .The scope is then no good for day use .Or if a scope is set up for day use and then the night vision monocula is attatched it is to far back to use .I feel if the scope was set forward on the gun and suitable for the night vision monacular .To use the scope in the day a set of lenses could be fitted to take the place of the nightvision monocular on the back of the scope. Then the scope could be used day and night with comfort.ON A PCP GUN ONLY .Who knows what lenses it must be posible? If you get a scope with a long eye relief this helps and you can get good butt extentions which help, this does not bother me as all my shooting is off a bipod but i know what you mean if shooting off the shoulder
bangbang 0
alot depends on the mono and scope as geoff says the longer the eye refeil to start with the more natural it is personaly i don't find it to much of a compermise but tryed me mates archer and that is just uncomfortable
camo304 3
I don't have any problems using add-ons, yes and my scope is very much forward but then again 90% of my shooting is at night so the 10% in day/dusk i can live with.
barrywhite 282
had a think about this .I guess you need two lenses a concave and a convex and a tube .the concave lense near the scope eye piece .This will make the light parralel ,then it travels down the tube to the convex lense where it is focused .
