Would mink be on the move during the day,if they were on the rivers around me?

Any tips for me? terriers need a bit of fun.

I have 4 mink traps on the waters that i got off the gun club,no joy yet.

If there out there, they do move about during the day.

A hot sunny day doesnt put them of either, great sport but dont expect a kill every hunt.

No but had then bite the terriers, no more then a big rat bite

find the closest minkhound pack to you mate.our pack lets anybody bring there terriers on a lead and sometimes let people have a go with there mutts.we find lots of mink in roots or where driftwood has built up along the banks.hoping for a dry summer to keep water levels down.makes it a lot better to hunt.all done within the law as well.our bird of prey loves mink for tea.
