Funny how you didnt have that opinion on someone speeding in a 30 zone which means built up area or is that because you don't smoke but you do speed mmm Suppose once a grass always a grass. Why should other folk have to put up with your litter, we already have to put up with your dirty habit. Some unlucky person has to clean that crap up, probably for the min wag too. I have taken reg numbers and reported people on many occasions for throwing fags and litter out the car window and will do it again. I suppose you have no problem fly tipping in the countryside either or throwing Mcdonalds rappers out the car too. The times i have reported folk throwing stuff out the car included pop cans and fag packets, is that ok with you too for throwing that out, just what do you deem acceptable.? No, i don`t speed in 30 zones or past school, that`s why my licence is clean of points, is yours.? It`s ok you bleeting about paying £75 fine for littering, would you do it again, if not, it has worked, but i doubt it.?
