lurchers 2,768
I think a genuine 1st cross Beddy/Grey put over a genuine 1st cross Deer/Grey would give me the type of dog I would like ! Cheers. 100% all the way on that 1 mate. Quote Link to post
coney clucky 93
i think a3/4 greyhound collie onto 3/4 deerhound greyhound be a mint cross and the brains of the collie would help to with the training speed and size plus brains all you want in a lurcher should be in this mix Quote Link to post

rocky1 942
cheers everyone for their opions ,seems 2 be colliegrey/deergrey or beddy/grey/deergrey ,i run 1/4 deerhound 1/4 bull 1/2 grey ,bull/saluki/deerhound/grey .bullgrey/deerhound/bull/grey and they all have different strenghs ,but i would never stray far from this cross apart from adding either beddy or collie ,but i,m straying more 2 th beddy Quote Link to post
Guest born to run1083
I think a small amount of collie can be a good addition that's why having owned a deer/grey x beddy / grey that done me well over the years with that added little bit of brain power to go with all that drive would be a dog hard to beat. I think that's was mine only fault just sometimes could of done with those extra brain cells. Otherwise couldn't be faulted really hence why my dog of the future will be the above I mentioned earlier Quote Link to post
