baldockbanks courser 598
if I could find a good 1st cross beardie collie x greyhound dog and my 1st cross deerhound greyhound bitch turns out any good and can do me 4 or 5 good seasons graft first id look to this croos as a better all round lurcher than its parents on paper. any one seen any deerhound greyhound x beardie greyhound (only intrested in hearing of young from the two first crosses). how do or did they do on f & d ?thanks. Keeps should tell you all you need to know, many off here who have seen 'em out have remarked on how good they are and the photos are there too. Timmyk had a good 'un a few years back that did very well, i seen this dog run for many years and rated it highly, especially on big stuff. Romany added Beardie to his lurcher line years back and was very happy with the results too! thanks My bitch will have to have a good working carreir to keep me happy and be worthy to breed from so im in no rush so will hopefully find the best working beardie greyhound blood about. Obviously not ideal ferreting dogs, but will do most other jobs no problem. Got a 1 year old pup now sire 1st x collie/grey 25 tts, dam 1st x deer/grey 26.5 tts, and she's outgrown both of them, ending up at a fraction under 29 tts. She's turned out really greyhoundy to look at and is getting very fast and powerful, but has been easy to train and has the deerhound laid back approach to life. With her being the size she is I'm giving her all the time she needs to come to herself before she sees any work, as at the moment she's still a bit gangly and very keen, and this pup is not going to be pushed, pressured, ruined and then passed on. As soon as I, or more likely my son, has figured out how to put pics up on this site, I will. For me this type c/g x d/g has all that I want Quote Link to post

shaaark 10,750
any pics wopper and shaaark Yeah got lots of pics but not a clue how to put em up . Total spaz when it comes to all this modern technology caper . Got to try a bit harder, as I've promised the guy that I got my pup from, who's a member on here, that I'd send him pics as well, to see how well she's coming on. Sent him some off my phone, but they aren't great. Try to get my son down today to see if he can sort it out. I see you're rather useful with a camera, put me to shame Quote Link to post
