DEERHOUND CROSSES

well i,ve been seeing a few deerhound treads getting brought back up and i was thinking of what x you prefer 2 add 2 the deerhound or would like 2 ,i myself think deerhound blood in lurcher is a good asset ,whats your views ,i.e deerhound/bull ,deerhound/saluki,well you get my drift ,collie,beddy,weaton,whippet,what do think is a good combition of the 2 breeds or mixing more then 2 ,if i,ve miss any other breed please free 2 add ,just asking your views and if anyone wants 2 add any pics please do,atb gaz :thumbs:

Well you know that pup of mine mate I can't put pics up at min. He is me profile pic

I wasn't sure how he was bred so asked my mate he is a deerhound/greyhound X saluki/bull greyhound most of his dogs are bred similar way and are top dogs really strong and always put 100% into what they do.

Got an old dog deer/grey x bed/grey really earnt his keep over the years and hope to stick him over my first x collie/grey if she makes the grade that my dog of the future if all goes well over the next few years

sounds like a plan in the making ,what do think the collie will add 2 the deer/beddy ,does the deer/beddy need any think adding ?

im keeping my eye on this thread as i just recently got a 1/2 grey 1/4 collie 1/4 deer :thumbs:

i,ve got 1/2 grey 1/4 bull 1/4 deerhound ,she 7 now and been my best dog ever ,racey type aswell ,collie seems 2 be getting flung in the mix more any pics of your dog

I think a genuine 1st cross Beddy/Grey put over a genuine 1st cross Deer/Grey would give me the type of dog I would like !

that would be ideal dog of the future ,not will be for while yet as still got young dogs in my kennels :thumbs:

hi fokes jst new on this but thought id say that i have a collie/grey cross 5/8 3/8 and in the future would like to cross her with a deerhond/grey 1st cross

 

no point asking that boot the deerhound all ul b told on heer is bull x this bull x that

 

was only asking on an opinion on wht folk think on that idea geeso [bANNED TEXT]
