Just got my new pup last night and had him to the vets tonight for his first jab, worm and general check over.

Vet recommended Advocate wormer which is a spot on type treatment which not only covers worms but fleas, mange, lung/heart worm and ear mites. After reading some of the worming warnings though I wanted to ask if anyone else has used this product and would they recommend it?

Cheers in advance for any info.

I've just been with my new pup and was given Advocate as well.

He'd no fleas on him but I used it as a preventative and for the worming etc. I did it this morning and now he's itchy as all hell :icon_eek: Is that normal, anyone else had this with their dogs?
