stav#69 0
well i,ve just mounted (5 mins ago) a bsa sweet 17 6x18x44 on my 17 hmr. cost 95 quid. cracking scope for money. did not buy it from my local gun shop but when i went in for mounts he said ideal scope for the rifle as it is made for it and he carnt understand why people put very expensive scopes on these little rifles when these are just the job. i,ve taken a 3x9x50 browning scope of and find this just as clear in my view. stav Quote Link to post

markha 99
Well I did have a Hawke 3-12x50 on mine, however I could only just see the holes on paper targets at 100m. Now swapped scope off my AAs410 which is 6-18x44 and thats much better. Quote Link to post
