My dogs get 2,3 hours over the mountain one day then a day off rest.Then 2,3 mile road walk then day off rest and just keep this up over the summer. Training really starts at the end off July where the dog would start getting run behind car picking up the miles the closer the season is. But as people have said there is running fit then there is hunting fit Quote Link to post
