blan89 159
In all honesty I don't find it shocking or disturbing at all. It's a fish and is going to be eaten, so where's the problem? It's not like it's being tortured for no reason. I've seen bear Grylls pull fish out of a river and bite into them whilst they're still alive for the sake of a TV program? I don't see what the big deal is, There's plenty worse to have a moan about IMO. Im not trying to judge a whole race or culture here btw but boiling a fish alive and then saying if its mouth isnt still moving when its served at the end the chef has failed, why would you? im of a different culture so maybe just cant understand, its more the fact its done intentionally that disturbs me,i dont know of anyone who kills/hunts animals in this country who doesnt want a quick, clean, relatively painless kill, these seem to want the opposite.
