Cold Ethyl 63
I use a handwashwith silver in it works wonders it was on offer and i bought 18 bottles of it out of sainsburys lol that and antibacterial handgel afterwards. As for the jabs thing you dont have to take my advice but you would be risking the dog by introducing her before the second sets over with entirely up to you.I speak from experience after having kennel cough in the street neighbours dog took it still waked dog in street etc my lot got it then my mates dog got it and it ended up a whole shit load of people paying a vet.I let 2 of mine get over it but the old terrier was reall ill and required antibiotics and to spend a night at vets and again wasnt cheap.Im lucky shes insured i dont have an excess either but i was worried sick for days about her and it wasnt nice for her either. We have collected dogs with parvo and distemper and its not a nice way to go for any dog and ever since i seen these things with my own eyes my dogs get a booster every year to the day kennel cough the lot and i pay a few quid extra for duramine 8 in 1 now cos it covers a lot more and theyve been sound on it.I treat them monthly for lungworm an every other type as well and frontline them every two months.Im now paranoid about these things after seeing the states some people allow their dogs to get into.We picked up 7 dogs and a few ferrets from a lad going to jail a few years ago now his kennel was about half the size of a small shed in it he he had 3 ;lurchers and 5 terriers who were constantly trying to fight but there thankfully wasnt enough room and the ferret hutch was spotless his ferrets in great nick and they had more space then the flipping dogs.2 of those terriers were a nightmare all patts and the other ones were ok to be rehomed alone. One of the lruchers had septic wounds and spent 8 days in a vets to get it cleaned and maggots removed and the other 2 came here till they were rehomed. They used to sit in the same sqaure all the time took them ages to learn they could spread out etc and put weight on and learn that going a walk is a good thing and to act like flipping dogs the only time theycame out a kennel was to work the odd night and the kennel was flithy you do see some sights doing pet ambulance work and one thing ive learned is not to take risks with their health.Ive sorted wounds on mine many a time and if itsw too big or too awkward i go to the vet if not i deal with it as my dogs trust me Quote Link to post
THLpatrick 555
By the end of the winter i fecking hate gutting rabbits, hate the smell, the sight, i just fecking hate rabbits in general. Nothing like getting home at some stupid time and realizing you got to clean 20/30 plus. Anything over 10 is a chore Oh and going to bed smelling like rabbit guts. . . . possibly the worst smell ever? Agree fella, doesn't matter how Many times you wash your hands the smell stays. Tried all sorts lol anyone got any tips best way to get rid of it straight away Surgical gloves and a dollop of vic up each nostril. Exactly!! Disposeable surgical gloves for gutting and skinning then chuck the carcasses in a bucket of salty water for a while to soak any blood off them if you're going to eat them yourself. good information cud of done with that last night!
