Getting dogs Done

Went the Vets yesterday and he suggested getting my male dog and female done, i didnt object whilst i was in there because i couldnt be arsed with the confrontation of the mother , i was wondering getting a working done is there pro's and cons? i said to my mum i dont think i should one because this puppy ive got for 7+ years is mine, and could turn out a great worker and want to keep her bloodline, anyway, how hard is it to keep them away in season from accident pregnancies and procautions, do you really think its fair if i get the boy done? because i objected to that and said id find out as much information as i could to prevent it happening, im only 17 and unfortunatley dont no everything, there is no way the bitch is getting done though , any information would be deeply apprciated

Haha, thanks gaz mate, i want them both 2 stay intact if you get my drift especially the bitch! when i spoke to mum out the vets she was completly okay with the idea of keeping her intact and if i find out away to keep the dogs seperate then he can keep his bollocks aswell!

If you can kennel them seperate and your dog wont howl then good luck lol.there is the dogs visiting as well if theres a load of male dogs in the area.Wont do him any harm wont affect his working life or ability either so up to you

may look into it, does help with testicula cance problems etc, and also wudnt really want any of hisd blood and he's an agressive little shit to other dogs, big small, fat round :| hahaa, thanks

Hey mate I just think they're trying to squeeze a few quid out of you. I have kept dogs and bitches for years together and never had an accident. Keep them apart when she is in season and keep on top of the situation and it'll all be fine.
