paulus 26
had the 1517 thumbhole and a cz american both are more accurate than the shooter behind them the choice is secondhand 1517 or new cz Quote Link to post
t5avs1 2
what about the triggers on the cz are they something to worry about or not? Quote Link to post
zx10mike 137
stick with the anschutz pal.you may stretch your budget but the gun is built to last with an amazing trigger Quote Link to post
paulus 26
cz triggers arnt good but either take it up to mike norris and get it ground or fit a brookes kit both work ok Quote Link to post
andy s410c 61
what about the triggers on the cz are they something to worry about or not? Tend to have "creep" in them however a £12 trigger kit from SYSS sorts that out, simples.I,ve got 2 CZ 452's(HMR & 22LR) can't fault them... Quote Link to post
woodydog 1
Hi i for the money you cant beat a CZ, and i have four and never had a problem all mine have a kit fitted and no creep at all so why pay for a name when a CZ shoots as good, and use what you save for good glass. Quote Link to post
elvolcan 0
CZ get a £10 trigger kit from rimfire magic / eric brookes - really easy to install job done Quote Link to post
t5avs1 2
cheers for the info guys, i rather like the cz's anyway. i have been told by a gun shop that the trigger kits are illegal because they go off if the gun is knocked or anything is this true or just a way to buy something better cheers Quote Link to post
paulus 26
the kit comes with full fitting guide and when youve finished fitting it test it by giving it a good smack on the butt with a rubber mallet a few times just to reassure yourself if you follow the instructions it will be sound Quote Link to post
