wasps nest in tree

just got back off my holls and found a wasps nest hanging from my black beauty tree dont know what type they are but here is a picture any help or advice on removal of these would be great.

That is a swarm of bees. Not a wasp nest. They'll move on in a bit to try and find somewhere suitable to set up home: or you can call a bee man or pest controller to catch them up and install them in a hive somewhere.

Leave em alone, they will be gone in 48 hours.

This is a way to get in touch with your local beekeepers association who will coordinate the removal of swarms.

Better to collect them rather than let them get somewhere where they are not wanted and have to be destroyed.

thanks for the input fellas the bee man has been and taken them for one of his hives he was made up .
