jamie g 17
most nv kits tend to be on the heavy side. so i would look at buying a lighter sporter style rifle. 223 tikka m595 or tikka lite with 40 grain rounds would be very good Edited June 2, 2011 by jamie g Quote Link to post

zx10mike 137
sorry pal been busy with the new toy .17 fireball ( also good) i have had no problem at all getting ammo.i tend to be proactive it takes about seven days to get anything you need from midway,if your local dealer is cool you wont have a problem. i love the small varmint rounds . i had to slow mine down to 3620 fps to get .25 groups but i would rather have accuracy over speed.that said i am not the most exrerienced home loader i am sure there are guys getting fast and accurate.check out .204 ruger forum . if you are thinking about one feel free to pm any questions.
