Ideation 8,216
It's mostly stopped now but there was a time when EVERY fecker who found anything remotly ferret related, including the police, would drop them by my place. Even if i was not in. As a result often came home to find an upside down bucket or similar with a brick on top, places in the garage. Only problem is one day some fecker had trapped a mink, and that was what greeted me when i lifted the bucket. Quote Link to post

catchwrestler 31
Im no keen on taking stray's in christ knows what they might bring with them Ay i see what your saying but i quarantine them in a spare hutch for a week or so and nip em to the vets first chance i get ! Quick update on him , he's coming on well very very calm and obviously well handled but not a single reply from the local rag or from the signs i put up so i guess he's mine now Hopefully see what he's like this season , i'll say one thing the boy can eat for England !!! He's had a whole pigeon to himself today and half a bowl of biscuits ! Quote Link to post
Parabuteos lad 878
My best/ favourite worker was found by my neighbour in rat holes in his garden so i said id take her. Never looked back. The way i see it, if a ferret can live in rat holes for some time it must be feeding itself and in turn a good worker. She hates rats with a passion, if there one in my cage trap shel do everything she can to get at it. Quote Link to post
