Are cats not classed as vermin? i am nearly sure you dont have to report it if you run them over.?

Not that i am gonna run the f*****g little thing over you understand :tongue2::laugh: .

There is a bye law, where as any ferkin cat comes near me i am, by law, allowed to kick the living daylights out of the ferkin thing due to the fact i hate the b'stards. :diablo:

Shit to anyone else, let your dogs kill it if it comes in your garden.

Aussies have it right where you can shoot the b'stards at night. :gunsmilie:

;) I used to be quite fond of cats when my mum had one... this soon wore off when i was rubbing stinking shit off my hands after collecting veg from my garden and finding that it all stinks of tom cats piss :diablo: .

Got to say i found my mates battery powered MP5 rapid-fire automatic bb gun a most effective deterrent.

If that cat comes in your yard it's fair game in my book, cats kill mice dogs kill cats, fact of life. As for running them over, shit happens. Ferral cats fair game, they take as many game birds as foxes and the amount of song birds killed by cats is well,... annoying to say the least.I think the keeping of cats should be controled if I got 1 in my yard well the word history springs to mind.I don't think cat owners that let their cats run free actualy know the damage they cause, I'd go for wholesale extermination of them dirty smelly animals that they are. :drink:

i heard a story once i doubt it's true

a fella used to be bothered with cats shiting in his flower beds.he trapped them, dipped them in waste oil and sent them on there way.he never trapped the same cat twice

you can only imagine there owners face :icon_eek: to be greeted to a trail of oil all round the house and the cat curled up on the couch :(

please don't try this at home as it may harm the cat.

this reply is only passing on hear say and not based on fact

no cats where harmed in the writing of this reply :laugh:

i had bother with a neigbours cat a few years back , it tormented my dogs for years , one day it was stopped from tormenting them, by them ,anyway , there was a right carry on in the village by other cat owners , they were trying to get me to muzzel my dogs everytime they were out, so i phoned the police for advice, the desk seargent basically said , dogs chase cats, the worst that could happen was" my neigbours could get a court order taken out to get me to control my dogs, it would be a long drawn out and very expensive carry on and they probably wouldn,t bother" his words ,not mine, so when thier cats started killing my fantails , then my quail , then trying to kill my wifes dwarf rabbits , i told them they had to pay for the damage , they refused, over the next couple of months there was an awful lot of cats got run over in our village, pity eh i still get accused if a cat goes astray, just never to my face
