Found this little one ...

Found this young crow(i think ) earlier it had fell out the nest by my local shops, where do i stand with hand rearing it ?is it against the law to rear it then release it ? Genuine question as i truely dont know what the laws are . misrable looking little thing it is, the kids have called it scrooge :D

She loves any thing like this :laugh: . so is it ok to hand rear it and what would i feed it on ? some bits on the net say meat dog food but i would of thought bugs and things :blink:

Crows eat insects, small live animals, dead animals, eggs and fruit, seeds they are scavengers they will eat anything really. Does it have a cage if so it's nest should be high up in cage

No cage , got him in a dog carry box thing at the moment, thats when the kids leave it alone :D

Cool you could make a wire mesh cage for it in or out the house and put some sticks in for it and some sticks that it could sit on as a perch atb

 

 

got some mesh out the back will have ago tomorrow see what i can do :thumbs:
