my dog and i was messing around with my dogs lure and rope when the rope whipped my dog in the eye now she has a watery eye with a blueish film over her pupil will this clear up over time or is it permanent damage? any advise welcome guys thumbs.gif

Sounds like a scratch to the eyeball, the blue film is there for extra protection and the eye will weap to keep it moist. the best advice is get it to your vet for a look. It'll probably only be a cream issued but you really can't take any chances with eyes!
