tinytiger 831
walk a lot(more then seems sane)-then add a little running to curb your impatience-dont push it-i smoke and drink but once upon a time i was going places (athletically)-a little every day is better than a marathon now and again.Make a resolution to walk your dogs acertain distance daily-day and night+ a run of a certin distance...increase all 3 as much as is comfortable. If your legs start giving you shit from running then start beating a punch bag instead until they are better. gonetoearth 5,144
COLLIE its hard to give advise on a pc every one is differant you need to go to a gym were i hope some one with accreditation will acess you then give you a sencible programe and you can then move forward allso having a training parterner will help , diet is a facter but again a sencible one starvation is not the way forward , i could sit here and write circuts after circut , but without a face to face it would be a waste of time , even if you go to a gym for a short time just to get an idea it will be worth it , swiming and speed walking would be a start , dont make it a task enjoy it or you will get bordem will set in then you will pack in,
