Little fish 3
COLLIE its hard to give advise on a pc every one is differant you need to go to a gym were i hope some one with accreditation will acess you then give you a sencible programe and you can then move forward allso having a training parterner will help , diet is a facter but again a sencible one starvation is not the way forward , i could sit here and write circuts after circut , but without a face to face it would be a waste of time , even if you go to a gym for a short time just to get an idea it will be worth it , swiming and speed walking would be a start , dont make it a task enjoy it or you will get bordem will set in then you will pack in, Gym is great, treadmill ,light weight loads of reps ? This running flat out stuff sounds good......but the reality is nobody i dont care how fit you are can run flat out for much more than 1 minute !.....which equates to about a quarter of a mile at a push.....its physically impossible.
