gaza 508
If you bought a plot of arable land could you site a mobile home/static caravan to live in full time? Or would you need planning permission? Have you seen this lol, it looks pretty smart! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/mobile-home-/140543351667?pt=UK_Campers_Caravans_Motorhomes&hash=item20b9095b73 Cheers Gaz

The Seeker 3,048
I don't think so, to be legal I think you would need planning application to erect a residential dwelling from the local authorities if it was to be your permanent home. Best thing would be to ask you local planning office they would tell you what the scores is.

shushyjukal 41
Think you need planning if it's permanent and you need a water, elec, waste supply connected. I have heard of people having a bit connected and moving it a few feet every 6 months to avoid it being stood for the whole year. Just apply but most times you get declined as they think it's travellers. Good luck and if it's granted give me a bell and I'll fill the site for you in a few hrs! TOPPER 1,809
you need planning mate and you ll be very lucky to get it , best thing is go and buy some alpacas then move the mobile home on to the land then apply for retespetive planning stating the animals need 24 hr care and supervision under the animal welfare act then you have a chance of getting personal temporary planning for it , you can do it with pigs and chickens but pigs stink
Paid 935
THEY DO STINK, BUT THEY ARE TASTIER THAN ALPACAS
