Problems

Right guys I'm really worried I took in two jills a few weeks ago and I've noticed she was loosing fur on her back thought it might be just the malting time went down today loads of fur gone on the back and looks really thin near the spine where it's bald almost as though it's well I don't know now the other ones loosing hair and all the jills look a bit thin before anyone starts my working stock wil be straight down the vets regardless of cost , anyone seen it before help ? Oh do get a lot of foxes round the hutches at night fecking things, urgent help required

sorry to hear that mate,cant be 100% ,but what you described sounds like adrenalin disease.bad news is if it is there is no cure for it.can be fatal,not much of a consolation 1 of my gills is on its 3rd year with it,and another its second.look bloody awfull through the summer but shape up ok come the autumn.my mate had 1 for 5 year totally bald except for head and tail,moulted out in the fifth autumn,looked spot on.hope you get sorted.

How old are they ?.

Unsure 4 and 1 I think . Just don't want my good stock afected by my taking in a couple of strays and my kits I have at a week old are seperate so hope all is well ' won't be taking in again

Going to make an urgent apointment for after work today these bluming unwanted ferrets are going to cost me I took two jills off a girl that were being savaged by there father and 3 off a bloke who's moving house will post after vets

My older jills do that when there coming into season they go totally bald from April till September but there a lot older than four are you sure somebodies no given you a bunch of older ferrets ?.
