jamie m,i wouldnt hurt any of me ferrets.they are like a member of the family to me.if i had a biting ferret i would give it a tiny flick on the nose to stop it.i wouldnt hurt it.and the reason i brings the chicken leg is for when im packing up and going home.i would show the ferrets the chicken it would save me the hassle of waiting around for ages trying to catch me ferrets....the one, im not claming to be an expert.i always feed my ferrets dead rabbits before i start training them for them to get the scent.thats the way i traines me ferrets

well you need to change your training tactics if you need a chicken leg to to get them out the hole, a ferrets nose is sensitive so how can you say it would not hurt, how would you like a small kick in your Gonads.. just a soft one ?
