Ivermectin or Ivomec its what we use for heartworm prevention when given orally. But when injected under the skin it clears up mange. We buy it at any local feed store here in the states.

Use Ivomec as this will clear mange. You can get hold of it at any farm supplies or off the internet for about £35 for 200ml, for a terrier only use 0.8ml infection once a week for 3 weeks and you sh

I dipped all my dogs in sheep dip this year, i know alot of boys that do it. they swear by it for preventing it.

get some hibiscrub and clean all the dogs kennel, run bowls and anything else in it throw away any bedding collars dog leads and then clean said dog in hibiscrub , should clear it up for you do the dog and kennel a couple of times to

be very carefull with Ivomec or anything derived from it like Ivomectin, i bought some Ivomectin back from the states and gave one of my dogs half the dose i saw lads using out there and he promptly went blind for four days. I thought i'de lost him for a while but he came good after the four days, a friend also lost two borders after giving 1ml to each, they both died within days of each other.

If you can get hold of some Duramitex theres nothing better for Mange, i mix some in a spray bottle (a couple of spoons per bottle) and spray the dog from top to tit.

Edited to say google the affects of ivomec on dogs, i bet you won't use it after you've done some reading.

Duramitex is the one,i dont think they sell it in bottles anymore. There is a product called paramite i have here,it smells the same as duramitex and has the same effect.

be very careful with ivomec it has a reputation for killing jrt's an collies with the blue eye gene, an all other dogs it seems to work really well. The very best stuff is aludex. I empty a full bottle 100ml into a 45 gall plastic drum the fill it 3/4 with water. I dip every dog in the kennels, affected or not then do the affected dogs again 10 days later. Then put the remaining solution in a knapsack sprayer and soak the kennels and runs transport box/ trailer etc.

Seleen shampoo is quite good as well but is not quite as heavy duty, but it can be bought without prescription.

Duramitex is the one mate, its called harkermitex now though, used it recently with good results. i have used ivomectine aswel but only as a last resort, years ago befor id heard of duramitex i would use a mixtre of flower of sulphate and benzobenzate always worked but found that duramitex cleared it quicker!!!
