BORDERSCOT 3,816 Posted May 22, 2011 Report Share Posted May 22, 2011 Found a new Blister on puppy been watching her everyday had her 3 days and this appeared at first she had to little grazes near her privates, now when i was looking and playing with her i noticed this? she's only been out in the garden and in contact with my dog the reason she's going out is for wee's and poo's and little bit of play, just thought id ask what it could be from? or is nothing to worry abouttt.. It was stingy nettles that were causing them i think because they always seemed to develope after walks along the canal bank where there were lots of big patchs of nettles. As they got older they didnt seem to get them. I think its because the skin on young pups is a bit sensitive perhaps. Quote Link to post

Cold Ethyl 63 Posted May 23, 2011 Report Share Posted May 23, 2011 Ive used skinners chudleys and arden grange a lot lately with excellent results.All pups fed with it and they all thrived as these ones are doing now.Its not a lot of money for what the dogs gonna do for you come the season.Arden grange puppys about £30 for 15kg but for a pup that size im sure it will last at least a month skinners and chudleys are a lot cheaper again.The only reason my two long legs arent on arden grange now is storm goes mental if proteins too high hes a lot calmer when i drop it down and he hasnt lost weight or condition so far anyway.Flints a fat cow lol nah not really but she would be if i fed her high protien for long unless shes working it off Quote Link to post
