Always fancied a running dog of some type but no point with the ban. Always fancied a guard dog too, some kind of mastiff to look after the place at night......just another mouth to feed though, dont know if its worth it..?..

i felt same, way aboot the whippets catcher, tried 1 an was peasantly surprised, plucky wee dogs.............

None of the lads i have worked with over the years have had one.So i dont know how good they are.

i seen a few go before i got 1, an to be honest i thought they were decent little rabbit dogs

but i also thought i coulda done a better job wae 1 than the guys i seen with them lol

 

so i took the plunge, try it catcher, ye might be surprised

i have just got my 1st one just over 7 mounths old now, my 1st running dog only ever had mastiff breeds and a pit in the past she is still young but i am over the moon with her,

Braw pup Joe, I just got my first whip so I,ll have to wait and see when it comes to working her, I can say though she,s full of character and teaching her to retrieve was a piece of pxss
